Refund Policy

Our primary goal is to ensure satisfaction for our customers. To assure an amazing experience for you we have formed these fairly liberal policies that are an extension of customer service retailers. These policies are listed below,

Exchange:

1. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2The exchange policy does not apply to any item/product purchased on sale/discounted price.

3. An Exchange will only be granted due to a difference in size or damaged goods received.

4. The exchange would be limited to the item/s received and they cannot be exchanged for another item in our catalog.

5. The exchange process can take up to 15 days from the moment we receive your sent items. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, the timeline can be extended.

6. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

7. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

9. To maintain fairness, the problems issued will be resolved on a case by case basis.

10. Walclix reserves the right of declining the orders if they’re out of stock or the desired size is not available in our offering.

11. Minute differences in colour may be discerned due to different lighting conditions during photography and/or minute differences in colour contrast on different screens. Thus, exchanges on this basis will not be entertained.

12. Due to vastly different types of complex fabric used in the manufacturing process, up to 7%, natural shrinkage might occur intermittently in some fabrics. Thus, exchanges on this basis will not be entertained.

13. All product purchases can be exchanged within the time frame of 14 days subject to the conditions that the product is defective/faulty at the time of delivery or the product does not match the original specification.

14. Some items have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item to request an exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove such a tag.

15. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

16. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any exchange reasons included can be unavailability of said article/product, error in pricing, or decline in payment.

Refund:

There is no refund policy currently being up-held. The transactional process is transparent in its nature which includes the composition of the fabric, accessible policies, and a system to exchange within ample time in case of detective/faulty product or sizing issues to safeguard the customer's utmost satisfaction.
